New Zealand internationals Ian Baker and Richard Swaney retained their National Doubles title in Auckland at the weekend. Down 6-12, against fellow internationals Christian Fouquet and Andre Noel, they clawed back to 12-12. In a tense last end they held the advantage, lost it again, and then Baker, after missing with his first two shots, shot a third time and removed Noel's holding boule to win the match 13-12.
